As we embark on another exciting basketball season, we want to take a moment to acknowledge and celebrate the incredible volunteers who make our club possible. It’s thanks to the dedication and hard work of so many behind the scenes that our players can hit the court and be outstanding.

A special shout-out goes to our coaches and team managers, who enthusiastically give their time and energy to ensure our teams are well-prepared and supported throughout the season. Our table officials, 25 or so of whom are newly trained this year,  play a crucial role in making sure each game runs smoothly. Your attention to detail keeps the game fair and enjoyable for everyone. A big thank you to Caitriona and Mary G for facilitating the recent training.

We also want to express our gratitude to the Transition Year students who have stepped up to volunteer in various capacities, along with our committed executive members who guide the club with dedication and experience. And of course, let’s not forget our Helper Outers—the general helpers who assist in every way imaginable to keep things moving seamlessly. Every task, no matter how small, plays an important role in keeping the club running.

As we look to the future, we’re always on the lookout for more enthusiastic volunteers to join our team! Whether you're interested in helping with tournament logistics, lending a hand at events, or offering skills behind the scenes, we would love to have you involved.
