KERRY U14 GIRLS
After trialing over 60 girls over 3 separate trials, a panel of 23 girls were selected for the Kerry U14 Girls.
Congratulations to Lee Strand Magic’s Abbey Crowley, Lily Mae Bowler and Sophie Mitchell who have made this initial panel.
We wish them the best of luck going forward as the panel will be once again cut from 23 to 15 for competition in April .
IRELAND U16 WOMEN
Ireland U16 women’s head coach Laura Mullaly has named a 19-strong squad for the upcoming Four Nations Tournament.

BASKETBALL IRELAND U15 PROVINCIAL ACADEMIES
The players for the 2022-2023 Basketball Ireland U15 Provincial Academies have been selected.
Lee Strand Magic’s Priya O’Donovan and Ciara Costello have been selected for the Girls Munster Academy and Lee Strand Magic’s Conor McGibney has been selected for the Boys Munster Academy.
Under the Academy Head Coaches Martin McGettrick and Ciaran O’Sullivan, the Provincial Head coaches and their staff will be coaching from a syllabus put together to improve the standard of the players and give them the knowledge they will need to play basketball at an elite level. Included in the U15 staff there are a number of current or former international coaches along with many coaches with assistant coach experience at this level so the players are learning from the very best.

Lily Mae, Abby, Ashlyn, Sophie, Anna and Evie were selected on the South-West girls Academy.
