Tralee Magic Basketball Club will hold its Annual General Meeting on Tuesday 26th May at 7pm in Mercy Mounthawk School Gym.

As a volunteer-led club, Tralee Magic is built by its members. The AGM is a chance to hear about the club, have your say, and help shape what comes next. We would really encourage parents of children in the club, and all club members over the age of 18, to attend.

Each year, the club’s Executive Committee is elected at the AGM. Nominations for officer positions must be submitted in writing, with a proposer and seconder who are both existing club members, to traleemagicbc@gmail.com by 5th May.

The positions to be filled are: Chair, Vice Chair (Girls), Vice Chair (Boys), Secretary, Child Protection Officer, Team Manager Liaison, PRO.

If you have an idea about how the club can improve, the AGM is the place to share it. Proposals from members are very welcome and should be submitted to traleemagicbc@gmail.com by 5th May at 5pm.

Formal notice of the meeting will be given on ClubZap on 12th May, and any proposals and nominations received will also be shared there, as ClubZap remains the club’s primary means of communication.

The AGM requires a quorum of 10 non-Executive members, so attendance really does matter.

This club is built by its members, and the AGM is an important chance to make your voice heard. We would love to see a strong turnout on the night 💙
