Important info on nominations & resolutions:
- Nominations for executive and non-executive roles must be submitted in writing by a proposer and seconder (both must be current members), and with the nominee’s consent.
- Resolutions to be proposed at the AGM must also be sent in writing.
- All nominations and resolutions must be submitted by Tuesday 6th May (COB).
