We were absolutely delighted to recently present a cheque for €1,500 to Together for Fiadh, following our hugely successful Social Ball – Mothers & Others Charity Blitz.

The funds were raised during our end-of-season blitz held on March 22nd in Mounthawk Gym, where fun, friendship, and fantastic basketball were the order of the day. With teams from St. Brendan’s, Cobras, Sliabh Luachra, and Tralee Magic, the court was full of laughter, teamwork, and a shared goal—to support young Fiadh Ronan and her courageous fight against neuroblastoma.

The presentation was a proud and emotional moment, knowing that every layup, raffle ticket, and tray of baked goods helped contribute to something truly meaningful. It was a reflection of the kindness and generosity that lives within our basketball community.

We’re incredibly proud of what was achieved and so grateful to everyone who helped make it happen. The day reminded us that when we come together—on and off the court—we can make a real difference.
